I found this sock pattern in a leaflet from Schachenmayr.
It was for knee high socks so
I modified it to a shorter version. There was no name, only a number.
I really needed a name for the sock because numbers just
don't cut it with me!
A very artistic gal from my Yahoo knitting group
came up with one that couldn't be
more suitable. Thank you so very much Susan!

Thanks for the link, I received the pattern book and I have knit my gauge cuff/swatch. I love the pattern. It is simple and very well charted. The pamphlet has so many beautiful patterns, I cannot wait to try a couple of the others as well.
