My summer spot on the swing with carders, spindle & knitting all nestled under the umbrella.

Plied this small skein this a.m. when I should have been finishing up a pair of socks.
Someone will have to hide the fleece and rovings from me or I won't get any knitting done at all! Hahaha!
I still have 3 drop spindles on the go, all taunting (or should that be haunting) me.
How can I resist?

And a great way to do the gusset too!

100% Swiss White Alp - 26 yds - 2-ply - dyed with green/yellow mixed Easter egg dye.

Enough for a wee sockie? I sure hope so.

2-ply - Alpaca & Swiss White Alp - not as soft as I'd like..... will probably blend with a softer yarn when knitting whatever.
